Register for what is sure to be one of the greatest summers in Onteora histroy! Below are details, along with links for each week of program being offered this summer.


1. Site Reservation 

Troops should reserve their campsite location (made available the week following the most recent summer camp week). Site priority will be given to the most recent unit to have reserved that respective site for 1 week. Space is reserved with the inclusion of a $200 deposit.

2. Deposits 

The non-refundable advance payment, totaling $100 per Scout, is due March 15th. Only Scouts who have paid the advance payment will be permitted to register for merit badge sessions.


3. Merit Badges & Programs

Registration for all programs and merit badge sessions will be done online using the Tentaroo system. The unit leader will recieve an access code once the initial payment is made. Using this code, visit to sign up for merit badges and programs.


4. Final Payment

The final balance for all Scout and adult leader fees is due May 15th on the online system, or the Council Service Center. The $200 deposit is counted toward this final payment. Units making camp fee payment by this date qualify for the Early Bird fee rates ($420/Scout).


5. Check-in 

Please arrive at camp with all the required forms and paperwork detailed in the Check-In section in the Program Guide. The camp staff will update schedules and settle any remaining balances at this time.

Any Scouts paying or registering after May 15th will pay the late fee rate ($470). The only exceptions will be Scouts who joined a troop in the current calendar year and were unable to register for camp on time.
