As a part of our check-out process at the end of your week at camp, units can put down a Campsite Deposit (non-refundable) of $200 to reserve the same site and week for the following summer. Once that week at camp has concluded, the remaining sites are then opened for any unit to reserve.

Note: Your campsite deposit is not an additional fee, but is a part of your overall fee for the summer, based on the number of Scouts and Adult Leaders you bring to camp. All scouts need BSA Medical Form Parts A,B & C, these forms can be submitted to the Council Program Center by June 15th or brought to camp during check-in. Youth Scout Fee: $625 per Scout
Adult Leader Fee: $310 per Leader

A $100 deposit per Scout is due on March 15, 2024.
Your remaining balance of $525 per Scout is due on May 15, 2024.
A late fee of $30 per Scout will be charged if one or both of the above deadlines are missed.
Merit Badge Registration
Merit Badge Registration will open on May 15, 2024, the same day that final payments are due. You will only have the ability to begin class registration if all Scout deposits are paid, and you will only be able to register the number of youth you have paid for in full.
